新时代公立医院党建文化建设路径探讨

进入新时代,随着健康中国战略的实施,公立医院改革不断深化、行业竞争日趋激烈,党建文化建设在医院发展中发挥着越来越重要的作用。文章从坚定政治文化,提升医院核心领导力;倡导学习文化,强化党建工作渗透力;弘扬大爱文化,提高基层党建有效力;注重群体文化,增强党员群众凝聚力;涵养廉洁文化,扩大党风廉政辐射力等五个角度出发,研究探讨新时代公立医院党建文化建设路径创新策略,着力打造效能型、学习型、服务型、战斗型、廉洁型“五型”党组织,以期为加强公立医院党建文化建设提供有益参考,共同繁荣社会主义公立医院的党建文化。

In the new era,with the implementation of the health China strategy,the reform of public hospitals is deepening,and the industry competition is becoming increasingly fierce.The construction of Party building culture plays an increasingly important role in the development of hospitals.In this paper,from the five perspectives of strengthening the political culture,enhancing the core leadership of the hospital,advocating the learning culture,strengthening the infiltration of the party building work,carrying forward the great love culture,improving the effectiveness of the party building at the grass-roots level,focusing on group culture,enhancing the cohesion of the party members and the masses,cultivating the culture of integrity,and expanding the radiation of the party's style and integrity,the innovation of the path of the party building culture construction in public hospitals in the new era is studied the strategy is to build"five types"of Party organizations,which are efficiency oriented,learning oriented,service-oriented,combat oriented and honest,in order to provide useful reference for strengthening the party construction culture construction in public hospitals and jointly prosper the party construction culture in socialist public hospitals.
