点阵式CO2激光治疗阴道松弛症的近期疗效和可行性分析

The Short-term Efficacy and Feasibility of Dot Matrix CO2 Laser on Vaginal Relaxation

目的研究点阵式CO2激光治疗阴道松弛症的近期疗效和可行性。方法2019年2月—2020年3月医院选取60例阴道松弛症患者展开研究,全部患者均予以点阵式CO2激光治疗,观察治疗效果。结果术后,患者的阴道疼痛程度轻于术前;术后,患者的的阴道松弛度、性生活满意度、性高潮、阴道干涩、伴侣性生活满意度、性生活质量总分明显优于术前(P<0.05)。术后,患者的阴道分泌物量、阴道分泌物pH值、阴道弹性、阴道上皮完整性、阴道润滑度数值均优于术前(P<0.05)。术后,患者不良反应发生率为3.3%。结论为阴道松弛症患者予以点阵式CO2激光治疗,可优化患者的阴道松弛度、性生活满意度、性高潮、阴道干涩、阴道疼痛、伴侣性生活满意度、性生活质量总分、阴道分泌物量、阴道分泌物pH值、阴道弹性、阴道上皮完整性、阴道润滑度,效果显著。

Objective To study the short-term efficacy and feasibility of dot-matrix CO2 laser treatment of vaginal relaxation.Methods From February 2019 to March 2020,60 patients with vaginal laxity were selected for research in our hospital,and all patients were treated with lattice CO2 laser treatment to observe the treatment effect.Results After surgery,the patient’s vaginal pain was lighter than before surgery;after surgery,the patient’s vaginal laxity,sexual life satisfaction,orgasm,vaginal dryness,partner’s sexual life satisfaction,and total quality of sexual life were significantly better Before operation(P<0.05).After the operation,the patient's vaginal secretion volume,vaginal secretion pH value,vaginal elasticity,vaginal epithelial integrity,and vaginal lubricity were all better than those before surgery(P<0.05).After surgery,the incidence of adverse reactions was 3.3%.Conclusion The lattice CO2 laser treatment for patients with vaginal relaxation can optimize the patient's vaginal laxity,sexual life satisfaction,orgasm,vaginal dryness,vaginal pain,partner sexual life satisfaction,total sexual quality score,vagina The amount of secretions,pH value of vaginal secretions,vaginal elasticity,integrity of vaginal epithelium,and vaginal lubricity have significant effects.
