康柏西普联合全视网膜光凝治疗NVG效果分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察康柏西普联合全视网膜光凝治疗新生血管性青光眼(neovascular glaucoma,NVG)的意义。方法随机将本院2018年7月—2019年7月收治的76例NVG患者分为两组,每组38例。对照组行复合式小梁切除术,观察组在对照组基础上行康柏西普联合全视网膜光凝治疗。比较两组总有效率等指标。结果(1)观察组总有效率(94.74%;36/38)明显优于对照组(71.05%;27/38),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)观察组并发症发生率(5.26%;2/38)与对照组(7.89%;3/38)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论康柏西普联合全视网膜光凝可有效治疗NVG,有利于迅速改善病情,治疗过程安全可靠。 Objective To observe the significance of compaqcept combined with total retinal photocoagulation in the treatment of neovascular glaucoma(NVG).Methods Seventy-six NVG patients admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,38 in each group.The control group underwent a compound trabeculectomy,and the observation group underwent a combination of Compaqip and panretinal photocoagulation on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate and other indicators were compared between the two groups.Results(1)The total effective rate in the observation group(94.74%;36/38)was significantly better than that in the control group(71.05%;27/38),with a significant difference(P<0.05);(2)the incidence of complications in the observation group(5.26%;2/38)was not significantly different from the control group(7.89%;3/38)(P>0.05).Conclusion Compaqip combined with panretinal photocoagulation can effectively treat NVG,which is beneficial to the rapid improvement of the disease.The treatment process is safe and reliable.
