西红花苷对绝经后骨质疏松治疗的效果评价

Effect of Crocetin on Postmenopausal Osteoporosis

目的探讨西红花苷对绝经后骨质疏松治疗的效果评价。方法选取医院2017年1月—2018年12月接收的绝经后骨质疏松患者60例作为研究对象。将患者分为A组与B组,各30例,两组患者的基本资料差异不具有统计学意义,P>0.05,其中A组采用常规治疗,B组采用西红花苷结合常规治疗,比较2组患者治疗1年时的临床疗效。结果B组患者总有效率(30例,100.00%)显著优于A组患者总有效率(24例,80.00%),组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论西红花苷对绝经后骨质疏松治疗的效果更为明显,能够抑制患者骨丢失,促进患者骨形成。

Objective To evaluate the effect of crocetin on postmenopausal osteoporosis.Methods 60 postmenopausal osteoporosis patients received by the hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into group A and group B,30 cases in each group.There was no significant difference in the basic data between the two groups(P>0.05),in which group A was treated with conventional therapy,group B was treated with crocetin combined with conventional therapy,and the clinical effect of two groups was treated for one year.Results The total effective rate of group B(30 cases,100.00%)was significantly better than that of group A(24 cases,80.00%).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Crocetin is more effective in the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis,which can inhibit bone loss and promote bone formation.
