头孢哌酮/舒巴坦联合血必净治疗急性胆囊炎的效果

Clinical Efficacy of Cefoperazone/Sulbactam Combined With Xuebijing in the Treatment of Acute Cholecystitis

目的探讨使用头孢哌酮/舒巴坦联合血必净治疗急性胆囊炎的效果。方法将医院2018年2月—2019年2月收治的90例急性胆囊炎患者为研究对象,随机分成两组,即试验组与对照组每组各45例,两组均予以常规治疗,在此基础上予以对照组使用头孢哌酮/舒巴坦治疗,试验组在对照组的用药基础上加用血必净治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果试验组治疗总有效率为95.56%,明显高于对照组80.00%的总有效率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组血清C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、降钙素原(procalcitonin,PCT)水平均较治疗前降低,但试验组指标降低幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对急性胆囊炎,临床治疗中应用头孢哌酮/舒巴坦联合血必净的治疗方法,可取得显著疗效。

Objective To investigate the effect of cefoperazone/sulbactam and Xuebijing in the treatment of acute cholecystitis.Methods 90 patients with acute cholecystitis admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,namely,45 patients in each group in the experimental group and the control group.Both groups were treated routinely.On the basis of this,the control group was treated with cefoperazone/sulbactam.The experimental group was treated with Xuebijing on the basis of the control group,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.56%,which was significantly higher than the total effective rate of 80.00% in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum C-reactive protein(CRP)of the two groups after treatment.The levels of Tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and procalcitonin(PCT)were lower than those before treatment,but the decrease of the experimental group was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For the treatment of acute cholecystitis,cefoperazone/sulbactam combined with Xuebijing can achieve significant curative effect and is worthy of promotion.
