摘要
目的探究口腔颌面锥形束CT(cone beam CT,CBCT)在口腔外科阻生牙拔除术中的应用价值。方法选取2018年1月—2019年6月期间到我院口腔科就诊的85例行阻生牙拔除术患者作为此次研究的研究对象。根据数字表将其随机分为对照组(n=42)和研究组(n=43),对照组患者借助常规影像进行阻生牙拔除术,研究组患者借助CBCT数字化模拟技术进行阻生牙拔除术,比较两组的治疗效果以及并发症发生率。结果研究组患者治疗有效率(95.35%)明显优于对照组(71.43%),研究组患者术中及术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与传统影像技术相比,借助CBCT数字化模拟技术进行口腔外科阻生牙拔除术的效果更好,能明显提高治疗有效率,同时能有效降低术中发生邻牙松动或损伤、牙龈撕裂、舌侧骨板骨折、断根和根折等并发症几率以及术后患者发生颞下颌关节损伤疼痛、干槽症、局部麻木、面部肿胀以及术后感染等并发症的几率,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the application value of oral and maxillofacial cone beam CT(CBCT)in impacted tooth extraction in oral surgery.Methods From January 2018 to June 2019,85 patients with impacted tooth extraction were selected as the study subjects.According to the digital table,they were randomly divided into two groups:control group(n=42)and study group(n=43).Patients in the control group underwent extraction of impacted teeth with the help of conventional images,and patients in the study group underwent extraction of impacted teeth with the help of CBCT digital simulation technology.Results The effective rate of treatment in the study group(95.35%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(71.43%),and the incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional imaging technology,CBCT digital simulation technology is better in the extraction of impacted teeth in oral surgery,which can significantly improve the treatment efficiency,and effectively reduce the incidence of complications such as adjacent tooth loosening or injury,gingival tear,lingual bone plate fracture,broken root and root fracture,as well as the incidence of temporomandibular joint injury pain,dry socket,local anesthesia in patients after operation and the incidence of complications such as local numbness,facial swelling and postoperative infection is of high clinical value.
