临床护理路径对脑梗死患者生活习惯及健康状况的影响

Effect of Clinical Nursing Pathway on Living Habits and Health Status of Patients With Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨临床护理路径(clinical nursing pathway,CNP)对脑梗死患者生活习惯及健康状况的影响。方法收集2017年6月—2019年5月期间在我院神经内科住院治疗的脑梗死患者142例,据随机数字表法将患者分为路径组和常规组,每组71例。常规组实施常规护理措施,路径组则实施临床护理路径。比较两组干预前后生活习惯及健康状况变化情况。结果干预后,路径组的饮食控制、合理运动、遵医嘱、自我监测比例明显高于常规组(P<0.05)。干预后路径组卡氏行为状态评分(karnofsky,KPS)评分明显高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论CNP能有效的纠正卒中患者的不良生活习惯,提高其饮食控制、合理运动、自我监测及遵医嘱的自我管理能力,并能主动配合护理,从而改善自身的健康状况,是脑梗死较为有效的护理模式之一。

Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway on life habits and health status of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 142 patients with cerebral infarction hospitalized in the Department of Neurology of our hospital from June 2017 to May 2019 were collected.They were divided into CNP group and routine group according to random number table method,with 71 cases in each group.Routine nursing measures were implemented in the routine group,while clinical nursing pathways were implemented in the CNP group.The changes of living habits and health status before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the proportion of diet control,reasonable exercise,compliance with doctor's advice and self-monitoring in the CNP group was significantly higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).After intervention,the KPS score of the CNP group was significantly higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion CNP can effectively correct the bad habits of stroke patients,improve their ability of diet control,reasonable exercise,self-monitoring and self-management according to doctor's advice,and actively cooperate with nursing so as to improve their health status.It is one of the more effective nursing modes for cerebral infarction.
