认知性心理护理在老年抑郁症中的效果及满意度分析

Analysis of the Effect and Satisfaction of Cognitive Psychological Nursing in Senile Depression

目的分析认知性心理护理在老年抑郁症中的效果及满意度。方法本次研究将我院的88例老年抑郁症患者作为研究对象,研究在2018年9月—2019年9月期间展开,分组法为计算机随机分组,将患者分成两组后,一组采用常规护理,一组采用认知性心理干预,分别作为普通组和研究组,对比两组患者的护理效果和满意度。结果研究组患者干预后4周的HAMD评分为(14.87±2.71)分,干预后8周的HAMD评分为(6.08±2.11)分,各项数据较普通组低,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者护理满意度达到了95.45%(42例),其中十分满意29例,比较满意13例,其数据较普通组更高(P<0.05)。结论认知性心理护理在老年抑郁症中的应用可以减轻抑郁症状,提高患者满意度,加快患者康复,值得使用,建议在临床中积极推广。

Objective To analyze the effect and satisfaction of cognitive psychological nursing in senile depression.Methods In this study,88 elderly patients with depression in our hospital were selected as subjects.The study was conducted between September 2018 and September 2019.The grouping method was a randomization of computers,and the patients were divided into two groups.One group used routine nursing,one group used cognitive psychological intervention as the general group and the study group,and compared the nursing effect and satisfaction of the two groups.Results The HAMD score of the study group was(14.87±2.71)points after 4 weeks of intervention,and the HAMD score of(6.08±2.11)points after 8 weeks of intervention.The data were statistically significant compared with the normal group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the study group reached 95.45%(42 cases),of which 29 cases were very satisfactory,13 cases were satisfactory,and the data were higher than the normal group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of cognitive psychological nursing in senile depression can alleviate depressive symptoms,improve patient satisfaction,speed up patient recovery,and is worthy of use.It is recommended to actively promote it in the clinic.
