摘要 针对液压抽油机在使用过程中存在高耗能、低效率、换向不平稳等问题,采用恒功率可调变量泵的控制策略,设计了一种采用蓄能器回收能量的复合液压缸式抽油机。在AMESim中搭建了系统模型,并通过模糊PID控制优化了抽油杆速度特性曲线。仿真结果验证了恒功率控制策略的可行性,蓄能器能够节能48%,抽油杆换向速度波动超调量由原来的20.6%降到2.94%。 Pumping unit is an important mechanical equipment for lifting oil from the formation to the ground.Based on the problems of high energy consumption,low efficiency and unstable commutation in the current hydraulic pumping unit,by adopting a constant power adjustable variable pump control strategy,a compound hydraulic cylinder pumping unit using energy accumulator to recover energy was designed.A system model was built in AMESim,and the characteristic curve of sucker rod speed was optimized through fuzzy PID control.The simulation results verify the feasibility of the constant power control strategy.The accumulator can save energy by 48%,and the overshoot of the commutation speed fluctuation of the sucker rod can be reduced from 20.6%to 2.94%.
