毛泽东关于解放海南岛的战略谋划与琼崖民众实践

Mao Zedong's Strategic Plan for the Liberation of Hainan Island and the Practice of QiongYa People

解放海南岛经常被赋予地方战役的标签,但是从整体视域审视,它是在国内政治、国际政治和地方政治三方力量的角逐下贯穿整个琼崖革命的斗争目标,是一个历史过程。毛泽东就是在整体视域下布局、谋略海南岛解放的:从“工农武装割据思想”“坚持独立自主原则”“坚持自卫斗争”到“解放海南岛”,这都是以毛泽东为首的党中央在不同阶段就琼崖革命所面临的不同生存困境时所做出的指示。这保证了琼崖革命的孤岛不孤,同时也反映了在党中央看来琼崖从来就不是一个可有可无的“量”,相反,它是关系到全国解放的一个关键“点”。海南岛的成功解放还说明了党的政治路线和军事路线并不总是吻合成一个连贯统一的模型或计划,革命路线是随着时代、环境而改变的。这正是毛泽东思想的精髓所在。

The liberation of Hainan Island is often labeled as a local campaign,but from the perspective of the whole,it is a historical process running through the whole QiongYa revolution under the competition of domestic,international and local politics.Mao Zedong laid out the plan for the liberation of Hainan Island from the overall perspective.Instructions such as“the idea of worker-peasant armed regime”,“insisting on the principle of independence”,“sticking to self-defense struggle”and“liberating Hainan island”given by the Party Central Committee headed by Mao Zedong at different stages of the Qiongya revolution ensured that the Qiongya revolution was not isolated.What’s more,it reflected that in the view of the CPC Central Committee QiongYa was not a dispensable“quantity”but a key“point”related to the national liberation.The successful liberation of Hainan Island also shows that the Party's political line and military line do not always coincide into a coherent and unified model or plan,and revolutionary strategies change with time and environment.This is also the essence of Mao Zedong Thought.
