辽宁地区大球盖菇日光温室高效栽培技术

High Efficiency Cultivation Techniques of Stropharia rugosoannulata of Green-house in Liaoning Area

大球盖菇是一种重要的食、药用真菌,以农作物秸秆为主要栽培原料,近年来,种植面积不断增加,具有较好的经济、生态和社会效益。该文从生产季节、场地选择、菌种生产、培养料制备、播种覆土、养菌管理、出菇管理和病虫害防治等方面介绍了辽宁地区大球盖菇日光温室栽培技术,以期为该地区大球盖菇高效栽培提供技术参考。

As one of the major edible fungi,Stropharia rugosoannulata could be cultivated artificially mainly by crops straws.The cultivation area developed rapidly in recent years,and the cultivation had obvious economic,ecological and social benefits.This paper summarized the cultivation techniques of S.rugosoannulata in greenhouse in Liaoning Province from the aspects of cultivation period,area choice,strains preparation,substrate preparation,inoculation and soil covering,growing management and pest control,in order to provide technical reference for high efficiency cultivation of S.rugosoannulata in Liaoning Province.
