阜薯2号是阜阳市农业科学院2008年以甘薯优良品种绵粉1号为母本放任授粉,通过集团杂交育成的优质高产淀粉用甘薯新品种。概述阜薯2号的选育过程、主要特征特性、产量表现、多点鉴定试验以及该品种的配套栽培技术,为该品种的推广种植提供相关依据。

Fushu No.2 was a new sweet potato variety with high quality and high yield for starch,which was bred by Fuyang Academy of Agricultural Sciences in 2008 with Mianfen No.1 as its female parent.The breeding process,main characteristics,yield performance,multi-point identification test and cultivation techniques of Fushu No.2 were summarized,which provided the basis for its popularization and cultivation.
