球囊回注法在输尿管软镜术后尿管拔除中的应用

Application of balloon injection in removing balloon urinary catheter after flexible ureteroscopy

目的探讨球囊回注法应用于输尿管软镜取石术后尿管拔除的临床效果。方法因上尿路结石于我科行输尿管软镜取石术的418例男性患者,采用抛硬币法分为两组,对照组和试验组分别采用传统方法、球囊回注法行尿管拔除,对两组患者的疼痛及术后恢复情况进行比较。结果观察组患者拔管时及首次排尿时疼痛评分均低于对照组,且拔管后首次排尿时间、住院时间较对照组缩短(P<0.05)。结论球囊回注法可减轻尿管拔出过程中对尿道产生的刺激,减轻患者的疼痛,加速术后恢复进程,提高临床护理质量。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of balloon injection in the removal of balloon urinary catheters after flexible ureteroscopy.Methods A total of 418 male patients who underwent soft ureteroscopic lithotomy due to upper urinary calculi in our department were randomly divided into two groups by coin toss method.The control group and the experimental group were respectively treated with traditional method and balloon reinjection method for catheter extraction.The pain and postoperative recovery were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the experimental group has lower pain score,shorter primary urination and hospitalization time after extubation(P<0.05).Conclusion The way of balloon injection can reduce the sensation of urethral pain,increase the patients hospitalized comfort,accelerate the postoperative recovery process and improve the quality of clinical nursing.
