优质护理干预对胃肠道手术患者术后疼痛、恢复和切口感染的影响

The effects of high quality nursing interventions on postoperative pain,recovery,and infection of wound in patients with gastrointestinal surgery

目的探讨优质护理干预对胃肠道手术患者术后疼痛、恢复和切口感染的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2018年2月我院收治的97例胃肠道术后患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各47例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组实施优质护理干预,比较两组患者术后疼痛、恢复和切口感染情况。结果两组患者术后切口均愈合,观察组术后切口甲级和乙级愈合率明显高于对照组,丙级愈合率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后12、24、48、72 h疼痛程度明显低于对照组,手术腹痛时间、进食、肛门首次排气、排便时间均少于对照组,住院时间及费用低于对照组,护理满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理干预能有效减少患者术后切口感染率,降低疼痛程度,促进早期恢复和减少住院时间及费用,护理满意度高,值得推广应用。

Objective To determine the effects of high quality nursing interventions on postoperative pain,recovery,and infection of wound in patients with gastrointestinal surgery.Methods Ninety-four patients with gastrointestinal surgery treated in our hospital from January 2017 to February 2018 were enrolled in this study.The patients were divided into control or observation group by digital method,47 in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group implemented nursing intervention of high quality.Results The incisions were healed in the two groups.The healing rate of grade A and B of the incision was higher and grade C was lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The pain level after 12,24,48 and 72 hours of surgery in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The abdominal pain,eating time,first exhaust time of anus and first defecation time of anus in the observation group after operation were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The time and cost of hospitalization in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The score of nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with high quality nursing intervention can effectively reduce the infection rate of the incision,reduce the degree of pain,promote the early recovery and reduce the time and cost of hospitalization to obtain nursing evaluation with high satisfaction.It is worthy of popularization and application.
