新冠肺炎疫情爆发以来,我国外贸企业面临着需求萎缩、订单减少、物流受阻、供应链不畅等多重压力。尽管形势严峻,外贸企业可以利用多种风险防范措施,依然有发展的新动力,如新兴市场依然保持增长,外贸新业态、新模式活力充沛,跨境电商"海外仓"模式异军突起,多式联运方式弥补传统运输方式不足;在全球疫情背景下,外贸企业可以利用宏观政策和微观的多种纾困措施"化危为机"。

Since the outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia,China's foreign trade enterprises are facing multiple pressures such as shrinking de⁃mand,declining orders,blocking logistics and poor supply chain.Although the situation is grim,foreign trade enterprises can take advantage of a va⁃riety of risk prevention measures,and still have new impetus for development,such as the growth of emerging markets,the vitality of new forms and modes of foreign trade,the emergence of“overseas warehouse”mode of cross⁃border e⁃commerce,and the shortage of traditional transport mode made up by multimodal transport.Under the background of global epidemic,foreign trade enterprises can make use of macro policies and a variety of micro rescue measures“turn crisis into opportunity”.
