皮肤软组织扩张整形术对烧伤患者的应用及患者疼痛症状细胞因子平衡的影响

Effects of skin and soft tissue expansion and plastic surgery on burn patients,pain symptoms and cytokine balance

目的探讨皮肤软组织扩张整形术对烧伤患者的应用及患者疼痛症状、细胞因子平衡的影响。方法选取2018年3月至2020年3月以来我院收治的烧伤患者70例,按随机数字表法分成研究组和对照组各35例,对照组给予传统复合皮移植术治疗,研究组给予皮肤软组织扩张整形术。观察分析2组患者治疗疗效、血清炎性因子变化情况、视觉模拟评分(VAS)以及相关临床指标等。结果研究组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α、白细胞介素(IL)-6以及IL-1等水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组创面愈合时间以及创面皮肤血运恢复时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05),研究组VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用皮肤软组织扩张整形术对烧伤患者进行治疗具有理想效果,能进一步增强疗效,使炎性因子水平明显降低,进而促进患者皮肤血运恢复正常,使患者创面能尽快愈合,有利于进一步减轻患者的疼痛以及不适感,确保患者能尽快恢复,可推广使用。

Objective To explore the application of skin and soft tissue expansion and plastic surgery on burn patients and the impact on patients′pain symptoms and cytokine balance.Methods A total of 70 burn patients admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were randomly divided into a study group and a control group,35 cases in each.We observed and analyzed treatment efficacy,changes in serum inflammatory factors,VAS scores and related clinical indicators of the two groups of patients.Results The treatment efficiency of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-1 in the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the wound healing time and recovery time of blood circulation of wound skin in the study group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The VAS score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of skin and soft tissue expansion and plastic surgery has ideal effects on the treatment of burn patients,which can further enhance the therapeutic effect,significantly reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and then promote the return of the patient′s skin blood flow to normal,so that the wound can heal as soon as possible,which is conducive to further alleviate the patient′s pain and discomfort,ensure that the patient can recover as soon as possible,and can be promoted and used.
