This paper briefly introduces the sealing oil circulation system of the 120,000 m^3 Mann type gasholder in Handan Steel, and describes the structure and working principle of the oil-water separator. The oil-water separator of the Mann gasholder had the abnormal condition of oil drainage and gas. Combined with the working mechanism of the oil level regulating device of the oil-water separator, the causes of the oil and gas discharged from the water outlet are analyzed and specific solutions and preventive measures are put forward for the abnormal drainage.
