摘要 对某钢铁厂汽轮发电机组主汽压自动控制方式的改进进行了详细的介绍,汽轮机主蒸汽压力控制系统控制策略的分析提出了三种控制方式,即主蒸汽定压力闭环PID控制方式、带有死区的开关量控制方式、主蒸汽压力分段裕度控制方式;通过对三种方式的实际运行情况的试验,得出主蒸汽压力分段裕度控制方式满足实际运行的要求,运行稳定,安全可靠。 This paper introduces improvement of the main steam pressure automatic control mode of the steam turbine generator in a steel plant. Three control modes are put forward after analysis of the control strategy of main steam pressure control system of steam turbine, i.e. constant pressure closed-loop PID control mode of main steam, on-off control mode with dead zone and sectional margin control mode of main steam pressure. Through test of the actual operation of the three modes, it is concluded that the main steam pressure subsection margin control mode can meet the requirements of actual operation, which is stable, safe and reliable.
