摘要
湛江钢铁炼钢循环水处理站是保障炼钢正常生产的重要辅助设施。循环水处理站分为炼钢LF闭路循环水、炼钢净循环水、连铸闭路循环水、连铸净循环水、RH浊循环水、OG浊循环水等六大系统。就炼钢循环水处理站设计方法及相关技术要点进行了探讨。
The steelmaking circulating water treatment station of Zhanjiang Steel is an important auxiliary facility to ensure normal steelmaking production. The circulating water treatment station is divided into six systems, i.e. LF closed-circuit circulating water for steelmaking, clean circulating water for steelmaking, closed-circuit circulating water for continuous casting, clean circulating water for continuous casting, RH turbid circulating water and OG turbid circulating water. This paper discusses the design method and related technical points of circulating water treatment station for steelmaking.
