摘要
OG泥浆管道输送系统实现了OG泥浆不落地,节省大量的汽车运输费用,运输过程不会产生污染。但随之带来的是泥浆泵、阀的泄漏故障频繁,维护成本高,现场治理困难。通过深入分析问题根源,对系统进行改进,设备与运行并重,实现系统的长周期稳定运行。
The OG sludge pipeline delivery system realizes OG sludge transportation without falling to the ground, saves a lot of motor transportation costs, and does not produce pollution in the transportation process. However, the leakage fault of the sludge pumps and valves frequently occurred, with high maintenance cost and difficult field treatment.Through in-depth analysis of the root causes of the problem, the system was upgraded, and both the equipment and operation are improved to achieve long-term stable operation of the system.
