摘要
带钢清洗主要是以碱液作为溶剂,在刷洗和电解洗后经热漂洗清除残留在带钢表面的油污和铁粉,最终由吹扫装置烘干带钢表面残留的水渍以使带钢反射率满足工艺要求。马钢(合肥)板材公司通过新增反射率测量装置、开发PLC控制系统实现不停机状态下实时对刷洗电流、电解电流系数、电导率等工艺参数的自动调整,取得了良好的清洗效果。
The cleaning of strip steel mainly uses alkaline solution as solvent, and after brushing and electrolytic cleaning, the oil stain and iron powder remaining on the surface of strip steel are removed by hot rinsing. Finally, the residual water stain on the surface of strip steel is dried by a purging device to make the reflectivity of strip steel meet the process requirements. Magang(Hefei) Sheet Co., Ltd. realized real-time automatic adjustment of process parameters such as brush current, electrolytic current coefficient, conductivity and so on under the condition of no shutdown by adding reflectivity measuring device and developing PLC control system, which has achieved good cleaning effect.
