直接空冷凝汽器V型布置与A型布置防风能力对比研究 被引量:5

摘要 环境风引起的热回流等问题会导致机组背压升高,严重影响直接空冷电厂稳定运行。本文通过数值模拟,比较研究了2×300WM直接空冷电厂凝汽器A型布置和V型布置的防风性能。结果表明在环境风较小(3 m/s-9 m/s)时,V型布置换热效率明显高于A型布置,这种优势随环境风速增加而减小;当环境风速大于15 m/s时,V型布置散热效率与A型布置相比已无优势。 Hot air recirculation(HAR) caused by wind leads to the higher turbine backpressure which seriously affects the air-cooled condenser(ACC) steady operation. The A-shaped and V-shaped layout ACC in a 2×350 MW power station has been simulated using the computational fluid dynamics code to compare its thermal performance. The results show in the slow wind speed(3 m/s^9 m/s),the thermal efficiency of Vshaped layout ACC was obviously higher than A-shaped,but this advantage decreases with the increasing of wind speed. When the wind speed is greater than 15 m/s,the thermal efficiency of V-shaped layout ACC has no advantage.
