新时代党员干部要积极践行网络群众路线

Party Members and Cadres Should Actively Practice Internet Mass Line in the New Era

互联网的飞速发展为党员干部密切联系群众提供了新的重要契机,“网来网去”成为党群干群交往的新趋向,互联网成为党员干部联系群众的新空间、造福群众的新渠道、引导群众的新场域。当前,党员干部践行网络群众路线还存在认知障碍、能力不足以及制度匮乏等问题。走好新时代网络群众路线,亟须做好三方面工作:坚持以人民为中心的价值追求,消除践行网络群众路线认知障碍;坚持缺什么补什么的重要思路,克服践行网络群众路线本领恐慌;坚持问题导向的基本原则,构建践行网络群众路线的体制机制。

The rapid development of the internet has provided a new important opportunity for Party members and cadres to keep in close contact with the masses."Net to net"has become a new trend of communication between cadres and masses,and the internet has become a new space for Party members and cadres to connect with the masses,a new channel to benefit the masses,and a new field for guiding the masses.At present,there are still some problems in the practice of network mass line among Party members and cadres,such as cognitive obstacles,lack of ability and lack of system.To develop the network mass line in the new era,it is urgent to do three aspects of work:adhere to the people-centered value pursuit and eliminate the cognitive obstacles in the practice of the network mass line;adhere to the important idea of improving capacity to overcome the skill panic in practicing the network mass line;adhere to the basic principle of problem orientation and construct the system and mechanism for the practice of the network mass line.
