摘要
随着航空运输业的蓬勃发展,以航空运输为核心的临空经济已成为带动中国经济发展的新动力源。现阶段我国航空运输发展虽呈增长趋势并形成了整体航空运输网络,但仍存在着航空运输区域间发展不平衡、发展稳定性及可持续性较差、整体航空运输网络协同效益较低等问题。为此,应继续加大航空运输扶持力度,提升各航空港自身综合运转能力,加快航空运输市场化进程,完善整体航空网络布局分工,充分发挥航空港增长极作用,促进航空运输业健康可持续发展。
With the vigorous development of the air transport industry,the airport-based economy with air transport as the core has become a new driving force for China′s economic development.At present,although the development of China′s air transport shows a growing trend and forms an overall air transport network,there are still problems such as unbalanced development among air transport regions,poor stability and sustainability of development,and low collaborative benefits of the overall air transport network.In this regard,we should continue to increase air transport support,enhance the comprehensive operation capacity of each airport,accelerate the process of air transport marketization,improve the overall aviation network layout and division of labor,give full play to the role of airport growth,and promote the healthy and sustainable development of the air transport industry.
