2005—2018年南宁市隆安县流行性腮腺炎流行病学特征

Epidemiological characteristics of mumps in Longan County of Nanning City from 2005-2018

目的分析2005—2018年南宁市隆安县流行性腮腺炎流行病学特征,为制定防控对策及措施提供科学依据。方法从国家疾病预防控制信息系统和突发公共卫生事件报告信息系统中检索2005—2018年南宁市隆安县流行性腮腺炎病例及突发公共卫生事件,用描述流行病学方法开展统计分析。结果2005—2018年南宁市隆安县累计报告流腮病例5511例,年报告发病率在15.17/10万~265.93/10万之间,年平均发病率为97.56/10万,不同年份发病率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);病例主要集中在4—7月和11—次年1月;3~13岁为高发年龄,病例数占77.66%;9起突发公共卫生事件均发生在学校,罹患率为5.85%,平均流行时间为45天。结论南宁市隆安县流行性腮腺炎呈高发状态,部分地区出现暴发疫情。需加强免疫规划工作管理,提高适龄儿童MMR的接种率。同时加强学校、托幼机构等重点场所的传染病监测工作,出现病例要及早介入,并推行2剂次含流行性腮腺炎成份疫苗的免疫策略。

Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of mumps in Longan County of Nanning City from 2005-2018,provide scientific basis for establishing prevention and control measures. Methods The mumps cases and public health emergencies in Longan County of Nanning City from 2005-2018 were searched from the National Disease Prevention and Control Information System and the Public Health Emergency Reporting Information System. Statistical analysis was carried out with the method of descriptive epidemiological statistics. Results From 2005-2018,a total of 5 511 cases of mumps were reported in Longan County of Nanning City,with the annual reported morbidity ranging from 15.17/lakh to 265.93/lakh,and the average annual morbidity was 97.56/lakh. There were statistically significant difference in the morbidity among different years(P<0.05).The cases were mainly concentrated from April to July and from November to the following January. The age group of 3~13 years old had the high morbidity,which the cases accounted for 77.66%. all of nine public health emergencies happened in schools,with the prevalence rate of 5.85%,and the average epidemic time was 45 days. Conclusion The mumps in Longan County of Nanning City is in high-risk state,and there are outbreaks in some areas. It is necessary to strengthen the management of immunization program and improve the MMR vaccination rate of school-age children. At the same time,the surveillance of infectious diseases in schools,kindergartens and other key places should be strengthened to intervene in cases as soon as possible,and the immunization strategy of two doses of vaccines containing mumps should be carried out.
