摘要
目的调查湖北省急诊科男护士情绪耗竭与工作环境现状并探讨其相关性,为有效降低急诊男护士情绪耗竭,改善其工作环境提供参考。方法2019年3月采用整群抽样和便利抽样选取湖北省8家三级甲等医院82名男护士,采用情绪耗竭量表,护理执业环境量表和工作排班灵活性问卷进行调查。结果湖北省急诊科男护士情绪耗竭得分为22.51±10.78,工作排班灵活性得分为1.59±0.86,工作环境得分为91.73±19.67,情绪耗竭与排班灵活性和护理执业环境各维度均成负相关关系(均P<0.05)。回归分析显示,学历、夜班数量、工作排班灵活性、工作环境中的护理管理者的能力与领导方式对护士情绪耗竭有明显的影响(均P<0.05)。结论急诊科男护士情绪耗竭处于中等水平,与工作环境和工作排班灵活性呈负相关,护理管理者应重点改善急诊科护士执业环境,实施科学弹性排班机制,减少急诊科男护士的情绪耗竭。
Objective To investigate the current situation of emotional exhaustion and working environment of male nurses in emergency department of Hubei Province,explore their correlation,and provide reference for effectively reducing the emotional exhaustion of emergency male nurses and improving their working environment.Methods Totally 82 male nurses from eight gradeA tertiary hospitals in Hubei Province were selected by cluster sampling and convenient sampling in March 2019.The emotional exhaustion scale,nursing practice environmental scale and work scheduling flexibility were used for investigation.Results The score of emotional exhaustion among male nurses in emergency department of Hubei Province was 22.51±10.78,the work scheduling flexibility score was 1.59±0.86,and the working environment score was 91.73±19.67.The emotional exhaustion and scheduling flexibility were negatively correlated with the dimensions of nursing practice environment(all P<0.05).Regression analysis showed that the degree of education,the number of night shifts,the flexibility of work scheduling,the ability of nursing managers in the work environment,and the leadership style had a significant impact on the emotional exhaustion of nurses(all P<0.05).Conclusion The emotional exhaustion of male nurses in emergency department is at a moderate level,which is negatively correlated with their working environment and work scheduling flexibility.Nursing managers should focus on improving the practice environment of emergency nurses,and implementing a scientific flexible scheduling mechanism,so as to reduce the emotional exhaustion of male nurses in emergency department.
