光伏玻璃全氧窑炉的结构分析和运行体会

摘要 全氧窑炉的燃烧原理决定了其在环保、节能等方面具有明显的优势。全氧窑炉无蓄热室,在选材和结构设计上与空气窑炉有很多不同。通过二者结构对比、分析,结合近几年全氧窑炉运行的实际情况,提出全氧窑炉在工艺管理和运行维护等方面的改进设想。 The combustion principle of oxy-fuel furnace determines that it has obvious advantages in environmental protection and energy saving. There is no regenerator in the oxy-fuel furnace, and there are many differences in material selection and structure design compared with common air furnace. Based on the structure comparison and analysis of the two type furnaces and the actual running situation of the oxyfuel furnace in recent years, some suggestions on the improvement of the process management and operation maintenance of the oxy-fuel furnace are proposed in this article.
