清眩降压汤配合西药治疗肝火亢盛型青年清晨高血压疗效观察

Efficacy observation of Qingxuan Jiangya decoction and western medicine on young man’s morning hypertension of liver-fire exuberance syndrome

目的:观察清眩降压汤对肝火亢盛型青年清晨高血压的疗效。方法:将确诊的100例病例按随机原则分为两组各50例,对照组口服苯磺酸氨氯地平片5 mg,1次/日;治疗组在对照组基础上加用清眩降压汤中药配方颗粒冲服,疗程为14天。观察两组症状疗效、清晨血压疗效及血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ水平、血压昼夜节律的变化。结果:临床症状疗效比较:治疗组总有效率为84.0%,对照组总有效率为40.0%,两组有统计学差异(P﹤0.05);清晨血压疗效:治疗组总有效率为76.0%,对照组总有效率为44.0%,两组有统计学差异(P﹤0.05);血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ参数比较:治疗组较对照组下降明显,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:清眩降压汤能较好地缓解肝火亢盛型青年清晨高血压患者的症状,降低清晨血压和血浆中血管紧张素Ⅱ水平,改善血压昼夜节律。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Qingxuan Jiangya decoction on young man’s morning hypertension of liver-fire exuberance syndrome.Methods:100 cases of selected patients,27 to 44 years old,were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with amlodipine besylate tablets(5 mg,1 times/day),while the treatment group was treated plus with oral Qingxuan Jiangya decoction(Chinese medical herbs formula granule)on the basis of control group for 14 days.The effects on symptom and morning blood pressure,plasma angiotensin Ⅱ and circadian blood pressure rhythm were observed.Results:Compared the efficacy of clinical symptoms,the total effective rate was 84% in treatment group and 40% in control group,and there was a significant difference between two groups(P ﹤ 0.05).In the efficacy of morning blood pressure,the total effective rate was 76.0% in treatment group and 44.0% in control group,and there was a significant difference between two groups(P﹤ 0.05).Compared the indexes of plasma angiotensin Ⅱ,the treatment group was significantly lower than control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P ﹤ 0.05).Conclusion:Qingxuan Jiangya decoction can better alleviate the symptoms of patients with young man’s morning hypertension of liver-fire exuberance syndrome,lower morning blood pressure and plasma angiotensin Ⅱ level,and improve circadian blood pressure rhythm.
