摘要
旅游类高职院校在“一带一路”国家设立境外办学机构,既是旅游类高职院校国际化发展的内生诉求,也是“一带一路”赋予旅游类高职院校的新使命。基于境外旅游人才培养现状,准确把握旅游类高职院校境外办学的关键问题,浙江旅游职业学院开展了境外办学实践探索:依托“一带一路”国家合作共建旅游学院;根据需求设置特色化的人才培养目标;构建双向衔接、定向培养的教育模式;组建一专多能的国际化师资队伍。
The establishment of overseas educational institutions by tourism vocational colleges in the“Belt and Road”countries is not only the internal demand for the international development of tourism vocational colleges,but also a new mission given to tourism vocational colleges by the“Belt and Road”initiative.By analysing the current status of overseas tourism talent training and the key issues of tourism education in higher vocational colleges,Zhejiang Tourism College carried out a series of practices to explore overseas education,including relying on the“Belt and Road”national cooperation to build a tourism academy,setting up talent training goals according to specialized demand,building an education model of two-way connection and directional training,and forming a multi-functional and multi-functional international faculty.
