面向“一带一路”沿线国家高职教育教学标准输出实践研究与展望——以浙江省高职院校为例

Research and Prospects of Higher Vocational Education Teaching Standard Output Practices for Countries along the“Belt and Road”——The Case of Higher Vocational Colleges in Zhejiang Province

“一带一路”倡议下,职教体系“走出去”的同时,推动教育教学标准输出,是实现中国职教国际化、标准国际化的重要路径。高职教育教学标准输出有利于促进沿线国家高职发展、推动我国标准建设与内涵发展、增强职教话语权;高职发展的比较优势、教学标准体系初步形成、国际交流与合作密切开展,使标准输出现实可行。综合浙江省47所院校质量年报数据、文献资料及访谈结果发现,当前高职教育教学标准输出存在标准输出不足、建设不完善、顶层设计与规划欠缺、运行保障不完备等问题。完善标准输出实践要加强规划引导,注重标准完善,开展调研比对,配套运行保障,推动教育教学标准“走出去”向更广、更深发展,更好地服务“一带一路”倡议。

Under the“Belt and Road”initiative,vocational education system going out and promoting the export of education and teaching standards are important ways to achieve the internationalization of China’s vocational education and its specialty teaching standards.The export of teaching standards in higher vocational education is conducive to promoting the development of higher vocational education in countries along the route,promoting the construction of standards and connotation in China,and strengthening the voice of vocational education.The comparative advantages of the development of higher vocational education,the preliminary formation of the teaching standards system and the close development of international exchanges and cooperation make the export of standards feasible.According to the quality annual report data,literature and interview results of 47 colleges and universities in Zhejiang Province,it is found that the export of current higher vocational education teaching standards has problems such as insufficient standard export,imperfect construction,lack of top-level design and planning,and incomplete operation guarantees.To improve the practice of standards export,strengthen planning and guidance,focus on standard improvement,carry out investigation and comparison,ensure the operation supporting,it is necessary to and promote education and teaching standards to“go global”to broader and deeper development as well as serve the“Belt and Road”initiative better.
