产教深度融合的“线场课堂”实践创新——以河南机电职业学院为例 被引量:9

摘要 职业院校承载着培养技能劳动者和高素质技术技能人才的历史重任。河南机电职业学院“线场课堂”实践提供了一个产教深度融合的技术技能人才开发解决方案:教学计划——教学任务对接生产任务;教学活动——根据淡旺季企业订单组织实施;教学运行——生产教学一体化,以产定学、以产带学、以产助学、以学促产、以产促研、以产促创。同时,妥善处理企业选择、安全保障、氛围创造、动态反思等事项。“线场课堂”为合作企业培养了数量充足的高素质技术技能人才,得到企业、学生、家长、政府、社会多方认可。 Vocational colleges bear the historic task of training skilled laborers and high-quality technical skills.The practice of“Production Classroom”of Henan Mechanical and Electrical Vocational College provides a solution for the development of technical skills talents with deep integration of production and education.The first one is the teaching plan,which means teaching task docking with the production task.The second is teaching activity,which means organizing and implementing teaching activities according to the company’s order in the off-peak season.The last one is teaching operation,which means setting teaching by production,assisting teaching by production,promoting teaching by production,promoting production by teaching,promoting research by production,and promoting creation by production.At the same time,properly handle matters such as enterprise selection,safety assurance,atmosphere creation,and dynamic reflection.“Production Classroom”has cultivated a sufficient number of high-quality technical skills for cooperative enterprises,and has been recognized by enterprises,students,parents,government and society.
