摘要
在新冠肺炎疫情突发情况下,全国各大高校开启了“停课不停学”模式,由此MOOC平台、在线课程得到大规模应用。伴随而来的诸如平台超负荷、带宽技术问题,学习者效率低下,教学者管理缺位,师生互动不足等问题急需得到解决。以“大学英语”公共课程为例展开调查,首先使用AHP设计MOOC平台、学习者、教学者三个不同视角教学评价体系,然后根据网络问卷统计获得评价结果,最终依据专家意见提出改进措施:自学为主与教学者监督相结合;在MOOC平台上增加平台技术柔性管理能力;提升教学管理功能,扩展团队协作能力;提升课程教学互动的个性化服务;适度规划MOOC课程,优化各层次使用目标。
Under the sudden situation of the COVID-19,universities across the country have started the“online classes instead of traditional classes”mode,and the MOOC platform and online courses have been applied on a large scale.Many accompanying problems need to be solved urgently,including such issues as platform overload,bandwidth technical problems,inefficient learners,lack of teacher management,and insufficient teacher-student interaction.Taking the“College English”public course as an example,the survey was conducted.Firstly,AHP was used to design the teaching evaluation system from three different perspectives of MOOC platform,learner,and teacher.Then,the evaluation results were obtained based on the online questionnaire statistics.Finally,the improvement measures were proposed based on expert opinions.Improvement measures include the combination of self-study and teacher supervision,adding platform technology flexible management capabilities on the MOOC platform,improving teaching management functions and expanding team collaboration capabilities,improving personalized services for course teaching and interaction,and appropriately planning MOOC courses and optimizing each goal at levels.
