中国医患社会心态问卷分问卷的信效度检验

Reliability and Validity Test of Sub-questionnaires of Chinese Doctor-Patient Social Mentality Questionnaire

本研究通过对在全国范围内收集到的患方数据2909份、医方数据1555份进行分析,发现中国医患社会心态问卷"医患社会认知"模块的医患安全感(医方版/患方版)、医患满意度1(医方版/患方版)、医患满意度2(患方版)、医患宽容度(医方版/患方版)、医患归因风格(医方版/患方版)和"医患社会价值观"模块的健康观(医方版/患方版)和疾病观(医方版)几个分问卷的累计方差贡献率在50%以上,内部一致性系数在0.642~0.929,χ2/df在1.614~3.257,GFI大于0.9,RMSEA小于0.7,表明以上分问卷具有良好的信效度,可以进行拆分或组合使用。同时,本研究还发现医患群体在相同分问卷的维度划分上存在明显差异,除了医患归因风格分问卷以外,医患两个群体在所有分问卷维度划分上都存在显著差异,体现了医患群体各自的特征。

In this study,2909 sets of data of patients and 1555 of doctors collected nationwide were analyzed,and it is found that the cumulative variance contribution of sub-questionnaires Doctor-Patient Security(medical version/patient version),Doctor-Patient Satisfaction 1(medical version/patient version),Doctor-Patient Satisfaction 2(patient version),Doctor-Patient Tolerance(medical version/patient version),Doctor-Patient Attribution Style(medical version/patient version)from“Doctor-patient Social Cognition”module and the sub-modules Health Awareness(medical version/patient version)an Disease Awareness(medical version)from“Doctor-patient social value”module of Chinese Doctor-patient Social Mentality Questionnaire is above 50%in all cases,and the internal consistency coefficient is between 0.642 and 0.929,Χ2/df were between 1.614 and 3.257,GFI greater than 0.9,and RMSEA less than 0.7.This shows that the sub-questionnaires mentioned above have good reliability and validity,which can be used separately or put together.At the same time,this study also found that the doctor and patient groups had great differences in demarcating the dimensions of the same questionnaire.In addition to the Doctor-Patient Attribution Style sub-questionnaire,the two groups had significant differences in dimension demarcation,reflecting their respective characteristics.
