异丙嗪联合丹红注射液治疗急诊眩晕症的临床疗效探究

The clinical effect of promethazine combined with Danhong injection in the treatment of emergency dizziness

目的探究异丙嗪联合丹红注射液治疗急诊眩晕症的临床疗效。方法选取2017年1月至2019年1月本院收治的急诊眩晕症患者100例,根据随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,各50例。两组患者均进行常规治疗,观察组给予异丙嗪联合丹红注射液治疗,对照组给予天麻素注射液治疗。对比分析两组患者临床疗效、眩晕程度。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的82.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后3 h观察组眩晕评定量表评分系统(DARS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急诊眩晕症患者采用异丙嗪联合丹参注射液治疗方案,可有效改善临床症状,缓解眩晕,临床疗效显著。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of promethazine combined with Danhong injection in the treatment of emergency dizziness. Methods A total of 100 patients with emergency vertigo treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. Patients in both groups were treated conventionally. The observation group was given promethazine combined with Danhong injection, and the control group was given gastrodin injection. The clinical efficacy and dizziness of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.00% higher than that of the control group, 82.00%, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The stun evaluation scale(DARS) score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group at 3 hours after treatment. There was statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion The use of promethazine combined with Danshen injection in emergency vertigo patients can effectively improve clinical symptoms, relieve vertigo, and has a significant clinical effect.
