重组人干扰素α-2b雾化治疗儿童呼吸道病毒感染性疾病的临床效果观察

Clinical observation on atomization of recombinant human interferon α-2b for treatment of respiratory virus infections in children

目的研究重组人干扰素α-2b雾化治疗儿童呼吸道病毒感染性疾病的临床效果。方法选取本院2017年1月至2018年7月收治的82例呼吸道病毒感染性疾病患儿作为研究对象,按照抽签法平均分为观察组与对照组,每组41例。对照组患儿进行炎琥宁抗感染治疗,观察组患儿进行重组人干扰素α-2b雾化治疗,比较两组患儿治疗效果、症状消失时间、不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗有效率为95.12%,高于对照组的78.05%(P<0.05)。观察组咳嗽消失时间、咽痛消失时间、喘憋消失时间、发热消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为7.32%,低于对照组的24.39%(P<0.05)。结论重组人干扰素α-2b雾化治疗儿童呼吸道病毒感染性疾病的临床效果显著,值得进一步推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of recombinant human interferon α-2 b nebulization therapy on respiratory virus infectious diseases in children. Methods 82 cases of children with respiratory virus infection diseases admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to July 2018 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into the observation group and the control group by the method of drawing lots on average, with 41 cases in each group. The control group was treated with anti-infective treatment of Yanhuning. The observation group was treated with recombinant human interferon α-2 b, and the treatment effect, time of disappearance of symptoms and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups. Results The therapeutic effect of the observation group was 95.12%, which was higher than 78.05% of the control group(P<0.05). The observation group in cough disappearance time, pharyngalgia disappearance time, dyspnea disappearance time and fever disappearance time was shorter than the control group(P<0.05). The incidence rate of adverse reactions of the observation group was 7.32%, lower than 24.39% of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of recombinant human interferon α-2 b atomization treatment for children’s respiratory viral infectious diseases is obvious, and is worthy of further promotion and application.
