持续静脉泵入咪达唑仑对癫痫持续状态中患儿镇静效果及血流动力学的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨持续静脉泵入咪达唑仑对癫痫持续状态中患儿镇静效果及血流动力学的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2018年2月在本院进行治疗的癫痫持续状态中患儿92例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组46例。对照组患儿采用地西泮治疗,观察组患儿采用持续静脉泵入咪达唑仑进行治疗,观察两组患儿的临床镇静效果及血流动力学情况。结果治疗后,观察组患儿Ramsay镇静评分法评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患儿的心率(HR)、平均动脉压(MAP)、中心静脉压(CVP)均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对癫痫持续状态中患儿给予持续静脉泵入咪唑达伦进行治疗可起到良好的镇静作用,有效改善患儿的血流动力学情况。 Objective To investigate the effect of continuous intravenous pumping of midazolam on sedative effect and hemodynamics in children with status epilepticus. Methods 92 children with status epilepticus who treated in the hospital from January 2017 to February 2018 were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 46 cases in each group. The control group took diazepam, and the observation group was given continuous intravenous pumping of midazolam. The clinical sedative effect and hemodynamics in the two groups were observed. Results The Ramsay sedation scale of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The heart rate(HR), mean arterial pressure(MAP), and central venous pressure(CVP) in observation group were higher than those in control group after treatment(P<0.05), and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Continuous intravenous pumping of midazolam for children with status epilepticus can achieve better sedative effect, and improve hemodynamics.
