摘要
目的探讨高钙脱脂牛奶结合全身振动训练对绝经后妇女骨量丢失的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2018年12月在本院就诊80例绝经后妇女,随机分为实验组与对照组,各40例。实验组给予为期24周饮用高钙脱脂牛奶结合全身振动训练,对照组无特殊干预。比较两组骨密度。结果实验组除了左侧股骨颈,腰椎正位(L2~4)、大转子和Ward’s三角区骨密度与对照组比较均显著升高(P<0.05)。结论长期饮用高钙脱脂牛奶结合全身振动训练能防止绝经后妇女骨量丢失,预防骨质疏松。
Objective To investigate the effect of high calcium skimmed milk drinking and whole body vibration training on bone mineral density(BMD) in postmenopausal women. Methods 80 postmenopausal women in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The patients in treatment group received high calcium skimmed milk drinking and whole body vibration training for 24 weeks, while control group have no special interference. BMD were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, except the left femoral neck, the lumbar(L2-4), big rotor and Ward’s triangle BMD in treatment group increased significantly compared to control group(P<0.05). Conclusion High calcium skimmed milk drinking and whole body vibration training can prevent bone mass loss and osteoporosis in postmenopausal women.
