人类命运共同体视域下中国新冠肺炎防治的大国角色转换

China’s Change of Roles in Covid-19 Prevention and Control from the Perspective of Community with a Shared Future for Mankind

面对新冠肺炎,中国不仅采取果断措施使得国内疫情得到有效控制,而且还将自身的防治经验及医疗物资同世界分享,从而向世界彰显了中国在新冠肺炎防治上的方案、智慧及力量。这一切无疑既是中国基于人类命运共同体视域的体现,又是中国对构建人类命运共同体实践路径的表达,更是当今国家国际职能需求变化需要产生新的国际价值观使然的结果。而在这一过程中,美国却在新冠肺炎防治上暴露出战略性失误及全球领导地位缺失的情形。相比之下,中国则因为在全球新冠肺炎防治上的积极主动作为而某种层面地达到大国角色转换及国际领袖地位奠定的效果。

In face of Covid-19 epidemic,China has not only taken immediate action to control the spread of the epidemic,but also has shared its experience and medical resources with the whole world,which shows China’s project,wisdom and strength in dealing with the prevention and control of the epidemic.It shows China’s ideals of building a community with a shared future for mankind,as well as China’s concrete actions to achieve that ideal.It is also a definite result of the new international value system driven by the changes of roles of a country.In contrast,the US made strategic mistakes and showed a lack of global leadership in its efforts to respond to the Covid-19 epidemic.To some extent,China,owing to its active response to the epidemic,laid a foundation for its changes of roles and international leadership.
