摘要
研究和设计了数字化智能档案管理系统,完成了基于物联网的这类管理系统的设计。介绍了物联网在系统中的功能,并对包括电子标签、阅读器及档案安全管理在内的系统主要模块进行了重点设计,结合运用权限分离、数据加密、双因子认证等技术有效提升了数字化智能档案管理系统的安全性,并阐述了档案管理系统的实现过程。测试结果表明本文所设计系统的各项功能均得以有效实现,有效地提高了数字化档案管理过程的智能和安全水平,为档案管理的完善提供参考。
This paper mainly studies and designs the digital intelligent file management system,completes the design of the management system based on the Internet of Things,introduces the functions of the Internet of Things in the system,and manages the security of electronic tags,readers and files.The main modules of the system have been designed with emphasis on the use of separation of functions,data encryption,two-factor authentication and other technologies to effectively improve the security of the digital intelligent file management system,and the implementation process of the file management system.The test results show that the functions of the system designed in this paper can be effectively realized,which effectively improves the intelligence and security level of the digital file management process,and provides reference for the improvement of file management.
