移动学习环境下高校商科类综合实训教学模式研究

Research on Comprehensive Training Teaching Model of Business Subjects in Colleges and Universities under the Mobile Learning Environment

将移动学习与高校商科类综合实训教学相结合,利用移动学习碎片化、高效化和个性化的优势,创新教学模式。通过问卷调查,获知商科类综合实训教学中学生使用移动学习软件情况,针对性的构建移动学习环境下高校商科类综合实训教学模式,即实训前应用翻转课堂教学和内容型移动学习软件回顾与检测学习者技能,构建学习者画像;综合实训教学中分类设计实训方案,精准推荐实训岗位,高效结合服务型、内容型、社交型移动学习软件优化实训过程;实训后检测并构建新的学习者画像,聚类学习者技能,给后续教学模式改进提供数据支撑,并通过服务型移动学习软件交流与传承实训经验。为高校商科类综合实训教育信息化的建设和发展提供新的思路。

Combining mobile learning with comprehensive practical training teaching in commercial colleges and universities,the advantages of fragmentation,efficiency and personalization of mobile learning arecombined into innovate teaching models.Through a questionnaire survey,we analyze the situation of use of mobile learning software of students in comprehensive business training teaching,and construct a targeted comprehensive training teaching model of business training under the mobile learning environment.And we test learner skills to build learner portraits,classify and design training programs in comprehensive training teaching,accurately recommend training positions,efficiently integrate service-based,content-based,and social mobile learning software to optimize the training process.We also build new learner portraits and cluster learner skills,provide data support for subsequent teaching mode improvement,and exchange and pass on training experience through service-based mobile learning software.These constructions can provide new ideas for the development of comprehensive practical training education information for colleges and universities.
