电网防风防汛中的问题与新兴技术的应用

现代化发展对电网灾害预警、勘灾、抗灾、减灾工作提出越来越高的要求。面对新的挑战与考验,基于目前电网防风防汛工作的实际情况,对电网智能防风防汛工作做初步探索。总结当前工作中存在的问题,结合某电网智能化探索的成功经验及智能技术发展的现状,明确防风防汛工作中信息、物资、预案管理的重要性,凸显自动化、智能化技术在电网建设、勘灾、物资管理、救灾和信息管理等领域的应用,实现电网防风防汛从人员导向到信息导向的转变。

Modern development causes higher requirement to grid in disaster warning,survey,resistance and reduction.Thus,this paper studies smart management of storm and flood prevention work of grid companies.Measures are established in facing on the brand-new challenges and fit the actual situation of storm and flood prevention work.Based on the summary of current drawbacks,combined with successful experience of intelligence transformation and technology advancement used in a grid net,specific optimization suggestions,new thinking and explorations are given in this paper,including disaster warning,survey,resistance and reduction.It is hopeful to transfer the personal from workers thinking to information thinking.
