摘要
本文以涡旋压缩机轴向间隙模拟分析为例,通过Minitab蒙特卡洛模拟得到部件名义尺寸,根据尺寸链的计算进而得到轴向间隙的统计数据和分布情况从而进一步优化尺寸偏差。这样可以省去了大量的物料加工时间和数据测量时间。这种分析方法可以扩展到其他工业领域。从长远看,仿真分析必然会被越来越多的企业所接受,成为决策者和研究者分析的利器。
This paper is an axial clearance simulation example. Monte Carlo simulation can get nominal dimension base on Minitab. Axial clearance can be calculated according to dimension chain. Monte Carlo simulation can optimize dimension deviation by statistics data and distribution.It can save material machining and measurement time. This method can extend to other industry domains. In long term,simulation will be accepted by more companies and became good tool by decision maker and researcher.
