摘要
本文以现有甘薯贮藏库为基础,从甘薯表面细菌控制的角度考虑,对现有甘薯库进行升级改造,即选用臭氧杀菌技术,并进行管路改造。升级后的甘薯库在控制贮藏环境的基础上,有效抑制了甘薯腐烂病菌,更有利于甘薯的贮藏。
Based on the existing sweet potato storehouse,the existing sweet potato storehouse was upgraded from the perspective of bacteria control on the surface of sweet potato in this paper,including slecting the ozone sterilization technology and carrying out the pipeline reconstruction.On the basis of controlling the storage environment,the upgraded sweet potato storehouse effectively inhibited the sweet potato rot pathogens,which was more conducive to the storage of sweet potato.
