印度转基因农食产品技术性贸易措施体系研究

Research on Technical Trade Measures System of Genetically Modified Agricultural and Food Products in India

印度是世界上第五大转基因作物种植国,也是发展中国家中推广转基因农作物较早且范围较广的国家。本文综述了印度转基因农食产品技术贸易措施体系,主要包括监管机构、法律法规、安全评估体系、监管机制等,并分析了其监管特点,以期为转基因监管政策研究提供参考。

India is the fifth largest country growing genetically modified crops in the world,and is one of the developing countries that promoted genetically modified crops earlier and has a wider range of cultivation.This paper summarized the technical trade measure system of genetically modified agricultural and food products in India,mainly included regulatory agencies,laws and regulations,safety assessment systems,supervision systems,etc.,and analyzed its regulatory characteristics in order to provide references for the research of genetically modified regulatory policy.
