针对性个体化护理方案在结肠镜检查肠道准备的应用价值

Effect of individualized nursing on colonoscopy for intestinal preparation

目的探讨针对性个体化护理方案在结肠镜检查肠道准备中的应用价值。方法选取2017年11月—2019年10月120例在我院接受结肠镜检查的患者,盲选法分为对照和观察组各60例,分别给予常规护理以及针对性个体化护理。对比2组肠道清洁度、护理满意率。结果观察组肠道清洁度及护理满意率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论结肠镜检查前肠道准备应用针对性个体化护理,可以提升肠道准备质量,保证了肠道的清洁度及检查质量,提升肠镜诊断的准确率,患者护理满意度高。

Objective To explore the application value of targeted individualized nursing program in colonoscopy for intestinal preparation.Methods 120 patients were selected for colonoscopy in our hospital from November 2017 to October 2019,and the blind selection method divided the patients into control and observation group,60 cases each,and the routine nursing measures and targeted individualized nursing were given respectively to compare the intestinal cleanliness and nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups.Results The intestinal cleanliness and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of individualized nursing plan before colonoscopy can improve the quality of intestinal preparation,ensure the cleanness and examination quality of intestinal tract,and improve the accuracy of colonoscopy diagnosis.The patients’nursing satisfaction is high,which is worthy ofclinical reference.
