高尿酸血症患者实施个体化健康管理的效果探讨

Effect of personalized health management on hyperuricemia patients

目的分析对高尿酸血症患者实施个体化健康管理的效果。方法选择2017年10月—2018年10月我院收治的100例高尿酸血症患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为2组。常规组应用常规护理,试验组采取个体化健康管理干预,对比2组患者的用药依从性、自我管理与健康知识。结果试验组患者治疗依从性明显高于常规组(P<0.05);干预前2组患者的自我管理能力、健康知识评分差异不显著(P>0.05),干预后试验组患者的自我管理能力及健康知识评分均显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论对高尿酸血症患者实施个体化健康管理的效果显著,能够提升治疗依从性、自我管理能力及健康知识掌握程度,从而提高生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of personalized health management on patients with hyperuricemia. Methods 100 patients with hyperuricemia admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected as the study subjects and divided into groups by random number table method. Routine nursing was applied in the routine group,and personalized health management intervention was adopted in the experimental group. Comparisons of drug compliance,self-management and health awareness were made between the two groups. Results The treatment compliance of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the scores of self-management ability and health education consciousness between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05),and the scores of self-management ability and health consciousness of the experimental group after intervention were significantly higher than those of the conventional group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Personalized health management for hyperuricemia patients has a significant effect,which can improve the treatment compliance,self-management ability and health awareness of patients,and thus improve the quality of life. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
