HIS在烧伤整形科护理工作中的应用分析

The applications and report of HIS on nursing work in burn and plastic surgery

目的探讨医院信息系统(HIS)在烧伤整形科护理工作中的应用效果。方法选择2018年1月—12月我科住院的60例患者,随机等分为2组,对照组接受常规护理管理,试验组接受HIS系统下的数字化管理,对比分析2组患者的护理满意度、护理质量评分。结果试验组患者满意度及护理质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论烧伤整形科应用HIS后可以有效提高患者满意度及护理质量,促进护患关系和谐,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the application effect of HIS on Nursing Service in Plastic Surgery.Methods 60 subjects underwent burn and plastic surgery from January 2018 to November 2018 were randomly allocated into 2 groups:30 cases in the control group were given routine nursing care while 30 cases in the experimental group were given the digital management under the HIS system. The nursing satisfaction of patients and nursing quality scores were compared and analyzed. Results The incidence of nursing satisfaction and nursing quality scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group obviously,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusions The application of HIS in burn and plastic surgery can improve patient satisfaction and quality of care effectively,promote the coordinated development of nurse-patient relations,increase The social and economic benefits of the hospital,and it should be further popularize.
