目的探讨围术期预防护理对腹腔镜子宫切除术患者胃肠道反应、负性情绪、生活质量的影响。方法选择2017年1月—2019年3月于我院行腹腔镜子宫切除的患者90例,按随机数字表法分为2组,各45例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组实施围手术期预防护理,比较2组胃肠道反应发生情况、负性情绪以及生活质量。结果观察组术后腹胀发生率为2.22%,低于对照组的17.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后SAS、SDS评分为(38.86±4.96)分、(39.25±3.64)分,均低于对照组的(42.94±5.16)分、(43.36±4.79)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后SF-36各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜子宫切除术患者采取围术期预防护理,能够有效降低胃肠道反应发生率,减轻负性情绪,提高生活质量,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of perioperative preventive nursing on gastrointestinal reaction,negative emotion and quality of life of patients undergoing laparoscopic hysterectomy.Methods Ninety patients undergoing laparoscopic hysterectomy in our hospital from January 2017 to March 2019 were randomly divided into two groups(n=45).The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was given perioperative preventive nursing.The occurrence of gastrointestinal reaction,negative emotion and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of postoperative abdominal distension in the observation group was 2.22%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(17.78%),and the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(38.86±4.96)and(39.25±3.64),which were significantly lower than those in the control group(42.94±5.16)and(43.36±4.79)respectively.After intervention,the scores of all dimensions of SF-36 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative preventive nursing for patients undergoing laparoscopic hysterectomy can effectively reduce the incidence of gastrointestinal reaction,reduce negative emotion and improve their quality of life,which is worth popularizing.
