集束化护理在ICU压疮高危患者护理管理中的应用分析

Application of cluster nursing in nursing management of ICU pressure sore high risk patients

目的分析集束化护理在ICU压疮高危患者护理管理中的应用效果。方法随机将我院收治的ICU压疮高危患者107例分成2组,给予常规组53例患者常规护理,给予研究组54例患者集束化护理干预,对比2组护理效果的差异。结果研究组压疮发生率、护理满意度评分、舒适度评分及压疮发生时间均明显优于常规组,存在显著统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论针对ICU压疮高危患者实施集束化护理的效果显著,能最大程度上控制ICU压疮的发生,利于患者预后及康复,减轻其痛苦,提高治疗效果。

Objective To analyze the effect of cluster nursing in the nursing management of ICU pressure ulcer patients at high risk.Methods 107 patients with high risk of pressure ulcer in ICU were randomly divided into two groups.53 patients in routine group were given basic nursing intervention and 54 patients in research group were given cluster nursing intervention.The difference of nursing effect between the two groups was compared.Results There were significant differences in the incidence of pressure ulcer,nursing satisfaction score,comfort score and the occurrence time of pressure ulcer between the two groups(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion Cluster nursing management for high-risk patients with pressure ulcer in ICU has significant effect.It can control the occurrence of pressure ulcer in ICU to the greatest extent,benefit the prognosis and rehabilitation of patients,alleviate the pain of patients,and improve the therapeutic effect.
