摘要
已有研究表明,街区建成环境特征会影响居民日常通勤、休闲步行出行活动。然而建成环境对于居民购物出行的影响研究却是有限的,特别是在高密度的城市生活街区。文章探寻生活街区建成环境要素对上海中心城区居民选择步行、骑行、公交及驾车等购物出行方式的影响。在获取2479位居民日常购物出行特征、感知环境评价以及个人社会属性后,结合实测的街区建成环境指标,运用多项逻辑回归分析,发现居民购物出行方式除了受年龄、家庭收入、交通工具拥有量等因素影响外,还受到街区路网特征、土地利用、步行设施、街道界面以及公交可达性等建成环境因素的影响。
Existing researches found neighborhood built environment had impact on residents'daily commuting and strolling walking activities.However,research on the impact of neighborhood built environment on residents'grocery shopping trips is limited,especially in high-density urban areas.The current research investigates the built environment characteristics which influence residents'grocery shopping travel modes(walking,cycling,using transit or driving)in central city of Shanghai.A questionnaire-survey was conducted to acquire residents'(n=2479)shopping travel patterns,perceived environmental attributes,as well as individual socioeconomic status.Incorporating with objectively-measured built environment variables,multinomial logistic regression models were performed to explore the impact of built environment on residents'shopping travel modes.It is found that neighborhood built environment attributes such as road network patterns,land use,pedestrian facilities,street interfaces,and transit accessibilities,as well as individual factors like age,household income,household vehicle ownership,had impacts on residents'shopping travel mode choices.
